Never seem to get in to see your own doctor and a long wait for any other or get offered telephone consultation how they can diagnose you then.

I was discussed by the attitude of the lady working on reception I highly recommend not she attends a course on how to act with people.

I have 6 monthly ultra sound scan (aneurysm). They were started in 2013 yet every time there is a fuss about booking with W.C Hospital. I have to book through the practice but:
a) Some receptionists do no know this.
b) Some receptionists think I should use GP.
Appt time to book (can be 3 weeks ahead!
c) I have this time, been asked to take a telephone home call from a GP.
d) I do not always get the results through the practice.
